Boulevard plans submitted
Fuengirola Town Hall has submitted plans to the Ministry for the Environment to pedestrianise two streets that connect the town centre with the seafront promenade (Paseo Maritimo).
Promenade to be finished!
According to the Fuengirola Town hall the Spanish central government has confirmed that the final phase of the remodeling of the beach front promenade (Paseo Maritimo) will be initiated this year.
Street market competition
In a bid to improve the street market of Fuengirola the Town Hall has arranged a competition open to individuals and private firms with a prize of 3000€.
Road works in Centre
The Fuengirola Town hall has confirmed that the remodelling works on Calle Héroes Dos de Mayo, one of Fuengirola centres busiest streets, should be completed by the end of the month.
A-387 works completed
Works on the A-387 road have finally reached completion today (Friday the 25th of Novembre), after part of the road, near El Lagarejo, was reopened to traffic this Wednesday.
